POLE FIT
This great class coming soon to FIT will be an exciting and challenging way to get FIT! This will be a small introduction to Pole with having a great resistance training along with plyometric and core training! All jam packed into 1 hour.

FIT BOOTCAMP
Get F.I.T and get your sweat on with this great bootcamp class. This class is for all ages and fitness levels for men and women! (female only classes are available also). It's a great way to build lean muscle strength, increase endurance all in a fun filled atmosphere. Classes will be packed with new innovated equipment such as the power plate, the TRX and kettlebells. But will also be with some of the good old tradition training!

YOGA
We offer Hatha Yoga, a fantastic way to relax and still get a great work out! This is a small group class to ensure that everyone is getting the focus that they need and proper technique is given. This class is for all levels and men are welcomed too. (female only classes are available also)

STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN
A Yoga and Pilates inspired full body workout incorporating the BOSU Balance Trainer.
Using a variety of yoga and pilates poses, exercises, and stretches. Then, adding in the extra balance challenge that can improve your balance, flexibility, and stabilize strength.

ZUMBA

RUN to be FIT

So the Run to be FIT program will teach you how to run properly and making sure you have the right biomechanics and this will help you achieve your goals either be just getting healthy or losing those unwanted pounds
