and also great deals on PERSONAL TRAINING and
see what F.I.T Classes are coming for the new year!
Directions to F.I.T Facility:
Get off the 401 at the Sweaburg (Mill St) exit head south away from
Woodstock and the Truck Stop proceed about 1 mile and FIT is on the right hand side.

RECEIVE 12 FREE WEEKS OF PERSONAL TRAINING
Members of the community can vote for the winners who will receive the 12 weeks of training.
Prizes to be won by the 2 finalists as well for the voters
Contestants MUST be available for all 12 weeks of training no exceptions, and any other meetings, that are required by contestants.
As well, all contestants MUST get a doctors note
