F.I.T INSTITUTE FACILITY
F.I.T Institute is Woodstock’s premier Personal Training Studio located 1km passed the TA Truck Stop on Mill St/Sweaburg Rd that offers personal Focus on the client and their needs and goals. The Studio has a classic look and feel and with the strength and cardio equipment that will satisfy the beginner to the elite athlete.
The Facility can have one or two trainers with clients but we do offer private sessions if the space is available. And for your convienience we offer private shower and change room, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towel service.
We are a private studio so in order to use the training facility, clients must work with a trainer. We also offer Group Training and Fitness Classes. What makes us different is that we limit the size of our classes to ensure that each person attending receives individualized attention from our instructors. This way you the client receive sound instruction with proper biomechanics to avoid injury.
Here at F.I.T, the clients and their goals are always put first. Clients get the whole package from custom designed personalized programs, education on nutrition and what foods will best suit the client to get the results they are looking to attain.
