POST REHABILITATION
Post-rehabilitation fitness is for the client who has completed a rehabilitation program thru Physiotherapy and now need a fitness program tailored to their particular medical condition. It is important to continue on the success that you have received in Physiotherapy and with having a FIT Personal Training you will have a safe and effective fitness program design for your specific needs. We work with your Physiotherapist to ensure that we are all on the same page and we have your best interest. Your success is our success!

Once an initial assessment has been completed a safe and specific program will be designed. Our goal is to improve your ability to do day-to-day activities, increase your confidence and independence, and improve your quality of life while reducing the risk of falls and fractures.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
All sports are not treated equally, that’s why at FIT we focus on the avid sports player to the athlete. Each session is focused on improving your “game” from your speed, power and explosion in a multi directional movement pattern, along with your nutritional needs.

BACK AND JOINT PAIN Many people today suffer from chronic back pain. Job’s today are more sedentary and most people sit behind a desk for the majority of their job which can cause or inflame a back issue. But whatever the cause may be for your chronic back pain there is a way to improve your issue. Most often back pain is contributed to deconditioned “core”muscles and the avoidance of movement to prevent any further pain.
