At F.I.T our focus is on you individually and what your goals are and what you want to achieve! The one on one Personal Training is geared at your fitness level and where you want to take it to and the trainers here at F.I.T will design a program specifically for you and show you the proper biomechanics. Also we will guide you on how to make it part of your lifestyle and how to improve your nutritional habits and teach you the proper way to fuel your body. Education is the key to continually success and by having a trainer at F.I.T you will gain the lifestyle you have been craving for!
Your first session will always begin with a full comprehensive fitness assessment to determine your goals, current fitness level, personality and scheduling concerns.
